To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.
After making a purchase on Magda Butrym you will receive an email confirming your order within a several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
The regular processing time is up to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. The delivery time may differ depending on the destination country. Please contact customercare@magdabutrym.com for the estimated delivery time frame.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Magda Butrym cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Magda Butrym.

We offer free express shipping on orders above 600 EUR.
For orders below 600 EUR the shipping cost will vary depending on the delivery country. Shipping cost for orders in Poland is 5 EUR. For all other countries within the EU or UK the shipping cost is 20 EUR.
For orders in the EU, Magda Butrym accepts the following payment methods:
-Stripe (Credit / Debit Card): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay
Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
-Paypal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
You will be charge when you place your order.
You can return any item purchased on archivesale.magdabutrym.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and can show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
For all returns, unless an item is damaged or faulty, the customer is required to arrange and pay for the return of the product.

To make a return, please follow the instructions below:
1. Please contact to receive the proforma invoice.
2. Put the original invoice (the one you received with your order or its copy) inside the returning package.
3. Affix the proforma on the outside of the package so that all the details are easily visible.

MB Distribution S.A. is the official worldwide distributor of the brand Magda Butrym. Please note that we can receive only packages with the receiver's name stated as MB Distribution S.A.
We kindly recommend using the following shipping services: DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx, InPost (in Poland and Italy). Please note that the return via USPS and Royal Mail may take much longer to process.
Please note that the costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender. Magda Butrym cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and a tracking number) is not possible shall be refused.
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at customercare@magdabutrym.com. If the item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
